What the session does
This 85-minute post-operative massage uses gentle, rhythmic techniques to support healing after liposuction, tummy tuck, BBL, or other body contouring procedures that involved multiple treatment areas. The work focuses on reducing swelling, fluid retention, bruising, and discomfort while encouraging lymphatic movement and more even tissue recovery across treated regions.
The session is supportive rather than medical: therapists use light directional strokes and pacing to encourage fluid movement and easing of tissue tension. Because the appointment targets multiple areas, timing and gentle sequencing matter to avoid overworking any single region and to promote balanced recovery throughout the body.
How multiple areas are addressed
An extended 85-minute session priced at $150 gives time to address more than two surgical areas in one appointment. Therapists sequence the work to cover each treated site thoughtfully, allowing for repositioning, reassessment of swelling, and attention to discomfort patterns so each area receives appropriate focus during the single visit.
Therapists work from central lymphatic regions toward the treated sites and then through each area with rhythmic, low-pressure movements that support drainage and comfort. The extra time is intended to promote more even healing and to reduce the likelihood that any treated area is rushed or under-addressed during recovery.
Preparing and local logistics
Bring your surgeon’s discharge instructions and any prescribed compression garments, wear loose clothing, and come hydrated. If you have specific post-op orders, share them at check-in so the therapist can follow your recovery plan. This helps ensure the session complements, rather than conflicts with, your medical aftercare.
